The Founder
Lee Martin Boardman is the founder of Boardman Apex SCM, an independent China-based sourcing and supply chain management firm supporting international companies that manufacture in China.
Having lived and worked in China for many years, Lee built his career inside the real environment where sourcing actually happens — on factory floors, in negotiation meetings, during production runs, and through the complex logistics that move goods from factory gate to global markets.
Boardman Apex SCM was created to provide international buyers with something many sourcing services fail to deliver: clear accountability, direct communication, and hands-on supply chain oversight inside China.
